Growing companies
Scaling businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and need a real data foundation to keep growing.
About us
Toronto AI and Data Solutions is a data and digital infrastructure partner. We design, build and run the full stack — website, pipelines, analytics, machine learning and the cloud underneath — for organizations that want results, not a vendor-management project.
Why we exist
Building a modern data capability usually means hiring a web agency, a data engineering firm, an analytics vendor and a machine-learning specialist — and then becoming the integrator yourself.
Each partner may do good work inside their own layer. But the website's tracking doesn't match the warehouse. The warehouse wasn't modeled for the dashboards. And the machine-learning pilot never reaches production, because nobody owns the path from raw data to a deployed model.
Toronto AI and Data Solutions exists to close those gaps. We take responsibility for the whole system, so every layer is designed with the next one in mind — and there's one team to call when something needs to change.
Our mission
Give every organization the data infrastructure of a tech company — without having to become one.
What we believe
We measure success by business results — decisions made, costs saved, revenue earned — not by deliverables shipped.
Every decision considers the layers above and below it. That's how the pieces end up fitting together.
Clear scopes, honest estimates and weekly progress you can see. Bad news travels fast, too.
Your accounts, your code, real documentation. You should never feel locked in — to a platform or to us.
We choose proven tools that fit your scale and budget, not whatever is newest this quarter.
Access control, encryption and compliance are built in from the first commit, not bolted on before launch.
Who we work with
Scaling businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and need a real data foundation to keep growing.
Mid-sized organizations modernizing legacy systems and reporting without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Internal engineering and data teams who need extra capacity, or specialist skills in a layer they don't cover today.
Whether you're starting from zero or untangling what you have, we'd like to hear about it.
